Talk about a total body workout! This virtual at home workout is a complete full body strength, cardio and core class. Learn how to squat, lunge, push, pull and rotate your body into amazing functional shape! Use bodyweight, bands, dumb bells, stability balls, whatever you have at home we will work it into the workout. All levels are welcome as we modify the exercises as needed.
