MELT simulates the hands-on techniques that manual therapist Sue Hitzmann uses to eliminate stress, pain, and dysfunction in her private clients. This unique Hands-off Bodywork™ approach is the first treatment that simulates the techniques – and the results – of manual therapy. You will need a MELT or similar SOFT foam roller to participate in this class online. Integrates the use of soft foam rollers to rehydrate connective tissue, balance the nervous system, relieve pain and increase flexibility and strength. No previous MELT experience necessary. PERFECT BEFORE ANY FITNESS CLASS, YOGA, RUN OR WORK.
