The MELT Method uses a soft foam roller to rehydrate the body’s connective
tissue system. It releases muscles soreness and tightness, increases blood flow
and helps to re-establish the brain to body connection by improving the fluid
system of the connective tissue. Knots and adhesions in your CT can form from
old injuries, new injuries, or even periods being more sedentary. These
adhesions can block the mind body connection and cause joints to have limited
mobility creating compromised movement patterns. This together with gentle
yoga movements will help improve your golf mechanics and all other activities.
Foam rollers provided, please bring exercise mat or a towel.
