Class starts with a soft foam roller to release muscle soreness, increase blood flow and increase mobility. Active stretching and mobility prep continue into the glute activation exercises. Feel the muscles working as you build muscular strength and endurance, build a better posture and improve your balance. Exercises like bridges, clamshells, bird dogs, planks and shoulder strengthening. Exercises will be on the mat and standing for a full body workout. Class winds down with some more foam rolling and lovely stretches. Enjoy the group environment and have fun. This class is for all levels. Rollers will be provided and equipment, please bring a Yoga mat or towel and water. *
