Work your entire body with an upper body/core emphasis is this virtual at home workout.  Learn how to safely work your core, perform upper body pushing and pulling exercises and rotate your body into amazing functional shape! Use bodyweight, bands, dumb bells, stability balls, whatever you have at home we will work it into the workout. All levels are welcome as we modify the exercises as needed.
